剖析建筑工程质量的有效管理剖析建筑工程质量的有效管理 摘要：建筑工程与人们的生产生活密切相关，工程质量的好坏不仅关系到项目投资能否成功，更为重要的是，建成后的项目直接参加到人们的日常生产和生活中去，这就还关系到国家和人民的生命、财产安全。因此，在工程施工管理的众多方面中，质量管理是关键和核心，本文论述了影响建筑工程质量的因素以及如何加强现场施工质量管理，并提出了施工质量控制的具体措施。 关键词：建筑工程;质量;管理;措施 Abstract: The construction work is closely related with the people's production and life quality of the project is good or bad is not only related to the project investment in the success of, and more importantly, after the completion of the project is directly involved in the daily production and life of the people, whichalso related to the country and people's lives and property safety.
