某锅炉钢结构下桁架梁焊接变形与上拱的控制某锅炉钢结构下桁架梁焊接变形与上拱的控制 【摘要】某锅炉路空气预热器中的下桁架梁在电力锅炉钢结构中属于最重要的承重部件,它支撑起了包括上桁架、扇形板、转子以及换热元件在内的大部分预热器部件,承载重量为 600 余吨,所以要求在制作时必须保证焊接质量并预留上拱量。我公司承制的某电力锅炉空气预热器项目结构件下桁架梁采纳了薄钢板预先弯制成槽形的结构,加之槽壳内焊件繁多焊后必须上拱,焊接变形不易控制,通过采纳合理的工艺措施即解决了焊接变形,又解决了整体上拱的难题,满足了该项目的验收要求。 【关键词】 下桁架梁 焊接变形上拱 中图分类号:TU391 文献标识码:A 文章编号: Abstract The underbeam of preheater for a boiler is the most important bearing part in the steel structure of electric boiler. This part supports most parts of preheater including upbeam, fanning strip, rotor, heat exchanger and boiler itself. The total bearing weight for underbeam is more than 600 tons, so it is necessary to reserve proper upwarp amount when manufacture underbeam. We design the groove bending sheet steel structure on underbeam for preheater, and our company supplys this kind of electric boiler for ALSTOM. Although there are many weldments in such groove, we apply proper measures to control the deform and meet the 6mm upwarp requirement at the same time. We finally solve the upwarp question and satisfy the test standard.
