殖民文化视阈下旧建筑改造的空间转型演变探析殖民文化视阈下旧建筑改造的空间转型演变探析 摘要：人类社会自从产生了文化便产生了文化的沟通与融合。但殖民文化的产生却伴随着血腥的战争和侵略。本文以殖民文化为视阈，以建筑进展的历史经过为线索，将清末及民国时期帝国主义侵略者在中国各租界及通商口岸建造并留存至今的旧建筑作为切入点，特别是以“上海 19 叁 III 老场坊”为例，对殖民文化背景下的老旧建筑改造与更新进行了阐述与分析，透过现象探讨目前针对各类老旧建筑保护、改造、更新的可行思路与策略。 关键词：殖民文化;建筑改造与更新;创意街区;空间转型 Abstract: The human societies since the emergence of culture the cultural exchanges and integration.
