浅谈园林绿化工程现场施工管理及质量控制浅谈园林绿化工程现场施工管理及质量控制 摘要：随着城市建设高水平的进展，人们对环境绿化，公共设施要求越来越高，园林工程已是建设项目中的重点，是城市建设的亮点，园林工程是一项综合性非常强的具有专业性和创艺性的工程。为了满足人们对绿化的生理和心理上的需求，不断推陈出新、精益求精、营造出一个美好的居住环境，园林绿化要从设计到施工都要进行有效的现场施工管理，把园林绿化工程质量管理放在头等重要的位置。本文首先分析了园林绿化工程施工现场管理的重要性，然后归纳了现场管理中存在的问题，并提出了改进的措施，最后对加强园林绿化的质量控制提出了建议。 关键词：园林绿化工程；现场管理；质量；苗木 Abstract: with the development of city construction high level, people on the environment greening, public facilities demand is higher and higher, landscape engineering is the key construction projects, is the window of urban construction, landscape engineering is a comprehensive very strong engineering with professional and art. In order to satisfy the people to the greening of the physiological and psychological needs, continuous innovation, strive for perfection, to create a good living environment, landscaping, from design to construction to effectively site construction management, the botanical garden afforestation construction quality management in the important place. At first, this paper analysis the importance of botanical garden afforestation project construction site management, and then sums up the problems existing in the management, and put forward the improvement measures, and finally to strengthen afforestation quality control are proposed.
