摘 要毕业设计是根据青岛**食品有限公司综合楼工程的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术法律规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。该工程总建筑面积 3696.85㎡，高度 19.35（室外地坪到女儿墙顶的高度）。该工程投标总价为 5901149.75 元，其中土建部分造价 4465389.65 元，装饰部分造价 1359418.27 元，安装部分造价 76341.83 元。 设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括编制的依据、范围、工程量计算过程及说明、工程造价的确定；工程量计算规则根据《2025 年工程量清单计价法律规范》中的计算规则计算，工程造价应用清单报价，套价利用福莱一点通计价软件。技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、各项管理措施等，是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面实行措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。关键词：商务标；技术标；工程量清单；综合单价；施工方案AbstractDesign is based on graduation date project the Qingdao sea honor food Co., LTD multi-purpose buildings tender document for tender notes, the terms of the contract, technical specifications, drawings and other relevant documents and the preparation of tenders.This project has a total construction area of 3696.85m2, highly 19.35 m (outdoor floor to the parapet height).
