摘要在城市中,高层综合办公楼被越来越多的建造和使用,支撑钢框架结构是具有较好抗震性能的结构形式,适用于有抗震要求的高层建筑。本设计为一栋高层综合办公楼,进行了以下两部分的设计工作:第一部分为建筑设计 依据《建筑设计资料集》、《高层民用建筑设计防火法律规范》,并考虑经济性和有用性,进行了建筑设计,水平交通和垂直交通设计严格要求法律规范要求设计。第二部分为结构设计 该设计采纳支撑钢框架结构体系。支撑采纳无粘结内藏钢板支撑剪力墙与普通十字交叉支撑,进行了连续板、次梁、主梁、框架柱以及支撑的截面选择及设计;构件校核中,用 ETABS 软件计算结构的内力。关键词 综合办公楼;支撑钢框架; 高层建筑;无粘结内藏钢板支撑剪力墙 AbstractThe hige-rise general office buildings are built more and more in the modern city. The steel braced frame has been verified that it has excellent aseismic behavior, and is can be used in the high-rise building with the aseismic purpose. This design is for such a general office building for business. The first part is the architectural design. Based on "Architectural Design Data Collection" and "Fire Protection Design of Tall Buildings", and taking the economic and practicality into consideration, the architechtural design is made. The Horizontal and vertical transportation design strictly follow the design specifications. The second part is the structure design. This structure is a steel braced frames. Braces include the unbonded steel plate brace encased in reinforced concrete panel and the X type steel braces. The sections of the slab, the beam, the column and the braces are designed and calculated.
