This paper mainly introduces the development of egg industry has always been China analysis of the current situation and problems, and China egg industry, and the China egg industry for the future prospect.Key words development history; status and problems; future outlook1.中国蛋鸡行业的发展历程 我国的蛋鸡行业发展大概已经有四十年之久了，大致上分为四个阶段。它的第一个阶段是在 20 世纪 80 年代之前，也就是传统的农户散养模式。第二阶段是 20 世纪 80 年代初的时候，政府为了提高人们的生活水平，稳定市场的供应，当时提出了所谓的“菜篮子工程”，所谓的“菜篮子工程”主要在针对蛋鸡的饲养和猪的生产等项目上给予了政策上和资金上等方面的一些支持，并且在大中城市的郊区建立起了规模化的大型蛋鸡场，蛋鸡场规模从几万只到几十万只不等。至此，专业化、适度规模化的大中型养鸡场生产模式逐渐的成型了。第三个阶段就是 20 世纪 90 年代以后了，随着农村联产承包制的大力实施，粮食的产量大幅度的提高了，农村剩余劳动力也不断的增加。于是，在国营化蛋鸡场的示范和带动下，农村出现了大量的小规模的养鸡专业户，有些地方在此基础上发展起了养鸡...
