摘要 台资企业在珠三角地区的经济发展中扮演着非常重要的作用,作为台资主力军的 IT 制造型企业,员工满意度和人员流动问题日益突出
本文选取台资 IT 制造型企业中的 M 公司为调研对象,对工程技术类高学历员工的工作满意度及其相关影响因素展开调查,实证得出影响这些工程技术类高学历员工工作满意度的关键因素,并提出相应的 9 点改善建议
