课外培训班对幼儿发展的利与弊分析研究 学前教育专业

摘 要现如今学前儿童参加课外培训班已经成为社会非常普遍的现象，越来越多的家长将自己的孩子送到各式各样的培训班中。本文通过问卷调查法和访谈法，了解家长及幼儿对课外培训班的种种看法，重点分析了参加课外培训班对幼儿发展的利与弊，对于幼儿发展的利主要体现在：培养幼儿的兴趣，提高幼儿各方面的能力；提供更多的同伴交往的机会；形成良好的性格，增加自信。对幼儿发展的弊端主要体现在：占用过多时间，使幼儿失去自主游戏的时间；授课内容小学化，会让幼儿在以后的学习中产生厌学心理；过多地压力使幼儿的情绪与个性的发展受到影响产生逆反心理。并就家长如何为学前儿童选择培训班给出建议。首先家长应树立正确的教育观念：尊重幼儿，从幼儿的兴趣出发选择培训班；尊重幼儿发展的规律；抓住幼儿发展的关键期；关注亲子交往。其次应该理性看待课外培训班：报班之前进行相关的考察与了解；明确参加培训班的目的；根据家庭和幼儿实际情况选择适当数量的培训班。让家长能够创造一个愉快的、充满乐趣的成长的环境，让幼儿能够获得积极的、全面的发展。关键词：学前儿童；课外培训班；兴趣班；学前教育AbstractNowadays，the participation of pre-school children in after-class training courses has become a very common phenomenon in society, more and more parents send their children to all kinds of training classes.
