论如何改善民营企业的外部环境和内部条件分析研究 工商管理专分析研究业

摘 要民营企业是我国国民经济重要的组成部分,是国家重点扶持对象之一。但是在现实市场中，民营企业在外受到外部环境的挤压，在内受到内部条件的限制导致自身发展举步维艰，制约了企业进一步做大做强。笔者首先论述了本次研究的背景、意义和方法，随后介绍了民营企业、外部环境、内部条件的概念；其次，本文逐一分析了民营企业的外部环境和内部条件中存在的问题，最终提出了解决策略，希望能够为民营企业的长远发展提供帮助，最终促使我国市场经济的蓬勃发展。关键词：民营企业，外部环境，目标条件，发展HOW TO IMPROVE THE EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT AND INTERNAL CONDITIONS OF PRIVATE ENTERPRISESABSTRACTPrivate enterprises are an important part of China's national economy and one of the key objects of state support.
