牡丹江恒远药业有限公司融资现状及对策分析研究 财务会计学专业

摘 要 一些小型公司对于促进当前经济的繁荣有着不可磨灭的功勋，而且它们还有利于社会的进步，此外，它们对于经济环境的改善至关重要，然而，解决资金短缺问题是它们当前的首要任务，资金不足严重影响了公司的平稳发展。这次我研究的对象是恒远药业企业，此次，我利用一些集资方面的知识和该企业的现状，在查阅了许多资料之后对该企业集资困难的原因进行了调查。而且，还提出了相应的解决措施，首要的就是根据国家相关法律健全银行管理制度、重视信用制度建设、建立多种集资制度、该企业需要增强自身实力等等，以便于给本企业提供一些数据参考。关键词：恒远药业有限公司；融资渠道；融资策略Abstract In China, SMEs are a vital force in promoting economic development and play an important role in social development, China's economic development has made a positive contribution, but funding for SMEs bottlenecks hindering their development and growth.as an example, Combined with the financing theory knowledge and the financing present situation, and a large number of documents, this paper expounds the reference data of difficulty of financing the Heng Yuan Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd., mainly including causes the narrow financing channel, less debt financing, financing structure is unreasonable, financing a single pattern, and cause of analysis, and puts forward some solutions to inheritance of difficulty of financing, glass main countermeasures have countries should perfect the relevant laws and regulations, improve the system, speed up the credit system construction, building multi-level financing system, to improve enterprise's own inheritance glass quality, etc, to provide reference for Heng Yuan Pharmaceutical Co.
