保险代理人员流失问题分析和对策研究关于保险代理人员流失的问题一直是学界也业界研究的一个重点问题,特别是近年来随着我国经济和社会的发展,这一课题得到了许多学界专家的关注
本文在文献梳理的基础上,从保险营销个人代理制体制入手,首先对当下这种营销体制存在的现实意义进行了阐释,在此基础上,结合案例分析了这种体制滥用所带来的一些负面问题,尤其是保险代理人队伍的极端不稳定,人员流失严重的现象
进而笔者重点从六个方面阐述了引起人员流失的原因,并运用管理学,人力资源学,心理学等相关知识与理论,有针对性地提出了如何有效提高代理人员的留存率的八个建议
