广州市 AB 制衣大楼空调系统设计及制冷循环水净化研究 空调系统设计及制冷循环水净化研究摘要 本次设计是广州市 AB 制衣大楼空调系统设计及制冷循环水净化研究,主要任务是完成主厂房二三四层空调系统设计,并选择合理的净水工艺。在设计中,采用谐波反应法计算出夏季冷负荷和冬季负荷。对于各种空调机的选用做了经济及技术比较分析,最后决定采用水冷螺杆式制冷机。空调系统采用一次回风全空气系统。气流组织采用散流器下送风,并利用吊顶回风。然后,又进行了风力和水力计算,并对管道的保温、设备的减噪防震也做了简单设计和说明。最后对制冷循环水做了简单净化研究。关键词 空调系统 经济技术分析 水冷机组 循环水净化 The Design of the Air-conditioning System and the Purification Research of Refrigeration circulating waterAbstract This graduation project is air-conditioning system design and the refrigeration circulating water purification research of the Guangzhou AB system clothes building, the primary mission is to complete the host workshop234 air-conditioning systems design, and choose reasonable only water craft. In the design, overtone response law is used to calculate the summer cold load and the winter load. After economic analysis and comparison of different air-conditioning units, the water-colling unit diller is adopted. The air-conditioning system uses time returns to the wind entire air system. The air current organization uses drifting under to blow of, and returns to the wind using the suspended ceiling. Then, the wind power and the water power computation are done. And, some briefs about vibration aupprission and noise attenuation are shown.
