基于 CAD/CAM/CAPP 的灭火器盖注塑模具设计与制造工艺摘要:本文详细地阐述了灭火器外壳塑件注射模具的设计过程与制造工艺。设计了注射模具中的各个系统,如浇注系统、导向与定位机构、侧向分型与抽芯机构,并对塑料材料性能进行了分析。根据塑件的产品数量要求,以及结构要求,该模具采用一模一腔。使用 UG 软件设计成型零件以及非标零件,即对模具进行分模、生成元件、装配、试模、开模等设计。除此之外,还包括模具型腔 CAD/CAM/CAPP 部分,并利用先进软件将其加工部分直接生成 NC 文件。本文强调利用现代计算机辅助设计制造技术,运用了 NX8.5 等国内外著名软件进行辅助设计。既保证了产品的质量,又缩短了产品更新的周期。同时可快捷的将三维图转化为二维工程图,直接指导生产。关键词:注射模; 灭火器盖; CAD/CAM/CAPPBased on CAD/CAM/CAPP of fire extinguisher cover injection mold design and manufacturing processAbstract:This article in detail elaborates the fire extinguisher the shell of the injection mould design process and manufacturing process.
