学号: 常 州 大 学 毕业设计(论文 )( ) 届题 目 九层商住楼给水排水工程设计 学 生 学 院 环境与安全工程学院 专 业 班 级 给水 校内指导教师 专业技术职务 校外指导老师 专业技术职务 二○ 年 月九层商住楼给水排水工程摘 要 : 本建筑为九层商住楼,二类高层商住楼,总高度 28.4 米。一层、二层为商用房,地下室为车库,三至九层为塔式住宅。本论文就该建筑给水排水工程进行了设计,主要内容有:给水系统、消防系统/排水系统、屋面雨水排水系统。给水系统采用分区供水,低采用市政管网直接供水;高区采用变频调速泵供水。消防系统包括了消火栓系统和自动喷水灭火系统,排水系统采用污、废水合流制,并设伸顶通气管。雨水采用重力外排水的方式,及时将屋面雨水排除。此外还包括了水表选型,消防水泵、潜污泵的选型,消防水箱的设计等内容。本设计中给水干管和立管管材均采用钢衬塑复合管,其他支管均采用 PPR 管;消火栓给水管采用热镀锌钢管,自动喷水灭火系统管道采用内外壁热镀锌钢管;排水管材采用硬聚氯乙烯排水管(UPVC),水力计算按塑料管计关键词 :高层商住楼;给水系统;排水系统;消防系统;雨水系统;自动喷水灭火系统The water supply and drainage works about nine-story commercial and residential buildingAbstract : This construction was a nine-story commercial and residential building, the construction was the second category building with a total height of 28.4meters.
