双轴浆叶式混合机设计－ I－双 轴 桨 叶 式 混 合 机 设 计双轴浆叶式混合机设计－ II －双轴桨叶式混合机设计摘要随着现代化饲料工业的发展，饲料厂规模的不断扩大，对混合机的均匀度的要求不断提高。随着液体添加量增加，传统的卧式双螺带混合机已不能满足上述要求，于是新一代高性能双轴桨叶式混合机便应运而生。该混合机适应粉状、颗粒状，片状及粘稠状物料的混合；其混合周期短，混合均匀度高，提高了饲料厂生产效率。本文设计了可满足饲料生产需要的双轴桨叶式混合机，该机主要由两根相反旋转的转子组成， 转子上焊有多个特殊角度的桨叶，该机在电机的驱动下, 桨叶带动物料一方面沿着机槽内壁作逆时针旋转；一方面带动物料左右翻动。在两转子的交叉重叠处形成一个失重区，在此区域内，不论物料的形状、大小和密度如何，都能使物料上浮，处于瞬间失重状态，以此使物料在机槽内形成全方位连续循环翻动，相互交错剪切，从而达到快速柔和和混合均匀的效果。这样，两侧的物料便相互落人两轴间的腔内。本文详细的介绍了主要部件的设计和计算过程，本文设计的双轴桨叶式混合机可促进饲料业的发展，提高饲料的利用率，降低生产成本，可以为饲料的混合提供参考。关键词： 饲料；混合机；桨叶式；设计双轴浆叶式混合机设计－III －Design of Biaxial blades mixer Abstract Along with the de ve lopment of modern in dustr y, animal feed f actor y continues to ex pand the scale of mixer, mixing with require ment of improvingforage additivequan tity ofliquid, trad itio n al hor izon tal double screw withmixer alread y canno t satisfy the requirement of new gener atio n of high performance.
