电气与电子信息学院课程设计说明书课程名称:电气控制技术与PLC 课程设计题目 :四层电梯控制系统设计专业:电气工程及其自动化年级:2014 学生:学号:指导教师:完成日期:2018 年 1 月 5 日西华大学课程设计说明书四层电梯控制系统设计摘要:本设计采用 FX2设计了四层电梯的控制系统,详细进行了参数计算,空气开关、接触器等诸多电器的选型,对主电路、控制回路进行了接线与保护。控制 PLC 系统 FX2N由于体积小,重量轻,能耗低, 运行可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,使用维修方便,系统的设计、安装、调试工作量小,容易改造,设计和调试周期较短等优点被我们选择, 在控制过程分析基础之上采用或顺序控制法编写了梯形图程序,程序调试通过,实现了控制要求。最终在易控组态的的开发环境上我们模拟成功了四层电梯的控制。Abstract: In this design, fx2 is used to design the control system of four-layer elevator. the parameters are calculated in detail. the main circuit and control loop are connected and protected by air switch and contactor. Control PLC system FX2N because of small volume, light weight, low energy consumption, high operational reliability, strong anti-interference ability, easy to use and maintain, the system design, installation, debugging workload is small, easy to transform, design and debugging cycle is short and so on advantages are selected by us, on the basis of control process analysis using or sequence control method to write the ladder diagram program, program debugging through, to achieve the control requirements. Finally, in the development environment of easy control configuration, we successfully simulated the control of the four-storey elevator.
