以健康体检为起点的健康管理模式的创新与实践解放军总医院曾强、王晓钟、马俐华健康体检中心目前仍然是我国健康管理机构的主体，这种局面短期内不会改变。完成由单纯健康体检向健康管理的转变，不仅是完善体检流程的需要，也是健康管理学科建设的需要。这一点，已经成为健康体检从业人员和体检机构的共识。健康管理是由健康状况的信息采集、健康状况评价和预测、健康促进行为干预及咨询指导三个部分构成。本文从健康管理流程中的第一步骤——健康状况的信息采集即健康体检入手，阐述如何从体检中心的布局、体检项目的设定、体检流程的优化、服务体系的建立等方面确保信息的准确和全面；同时，对为什么和如何对采集到的健康信息进行评价和健康预测进行了论述和分析。最后，对检后服务的几种模式和方法进行描述和探讨。从而，为如何开展以健康体检为起点的健康管理提供了一种可供借鉴的模式。关键词：健康管理、健康体检、模式HealthManagementBasedonPhysicalHealthExaminationCenter:PracticeandPromiseZengQiangWangXiao-ZhongMaLi-HuaChinesePLAGeneralHospital,Beijing,ChinaPhysicalhealthexaminationcenterinChinaiscurrentlythethemainbodytopracticehealthmanagement.Thissituationwillnotchangeinthenearfuture.ThetransformationfrommerelyprovidingphysicalhealthexaminationtoprovidinghealthmanagementserviceisnotonlytheneedforthedevelopmentofphysicalhealthexaminationcenteritselfbutalsowillhelpthedevelopmentofhealthmanagementasascientificdisciplineinChina.Thishasbecomeaconsensusinhealthexaminationpractitionersandhealthexaminationinstitutions.Conceptually,healthmanagementisathree-stepprocess:(1)healthinformationcollection;(2)evaluationandpredictionofhealthstatus;and(3)behaviorinterventionandconsultationforhealthpromotion.Beginningwiththefirststep,healthinformationcollection--healthexamination,thispaperdiscusseshowtoensureanaccurateandcomprehensiveinformationcollection,byoptimizingtheconstructionandstaffingofthecenters,examinationprocesses,andselectionofexaminations.Atthesametime,thispaperalsodiscussesandanalyseswhyandhowtoevaluateandforecasthealthstatethroughthecollectedhealthinformation.Finally,thepaperdescribesanddiscussesseveralmodelsandmethodsofpost-...
