钢球煤磨机结构设计摘 要钢球磨煤机用于干式粉磨各种硬度的煤炭之用,本机器用于热电厂加工固定燃料——煤粉,是热电厂制粉系统中主要设备,它只有借助于热风(热风温度不得超过300℃)的干燥和运输,才能良好的工作,当煤粉细度可磨性系数变化时,机器出粒相应修改。本次煤磨机的结构和原理设计来源于生产实际,因此,依照经济、高效、操作方便等原则,除对煤磨机的总体结构进行优化设计,主要包括传动装置和回转装置的设计。由于主要参数的设计和制定对机器本身的影响很大,所以在煤磨机原理设计方面,主要针对参数设计进行了探讨。在完成设计任务的同时,画出传动装置和回转装置的装配图、煤磨机总图、齿圈和端盖零件图。。关键词:轴承部 传动部 转速 功率 筒体应力 Design of ball coal mill sectorABSTRACTBall mill for dry grinding of coal use in a variety of hardness, the machine used for processing fixed-fuel thermal power plants - coal is the major thermal power plant equipment, milling system, it is only by means of hot air (air temperature must not exceed 300 ℃) dry and transport to the good work, when the fineness of grinding coefficients change, the machine out of tablets amended accordingly.
