摘要本文运用三维绘图软件 Solidworks 进行塑料锥齿轮的模具设计,实现计算机辅助设计(CAD)以及计算机辅助制造(CAM)。运用 Moldflow 进行模拟分析(CAE),进行制品成型的流动分析和充型分析,以此为依据,分析可能的缺陷和改进措施。首先,根据零件大小确定排样、模架类型,确定初步的成型工艺;然后运用Moldflow 进行填充、保压、冷却、翘曲分析;根据分析结果,修订成型工艺,使用Solidworks 中的 imold 插件来生成模具的型腔,并装配模架,实现由计算机来辅助设计模具。这样的设计方法可以保证产品质量和性能,同时也验证模具制造时的注意和工艺,缩短了模具制造周期和成本。关键词:Solidworks,Moldflow,注塑,锥齿轮Abstract In this paper, three-dimensional drawing software , Solidworks , was used in the plastic bevel wheel mold design , supported by computer-aided design (CAD) as well as computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) . The cast simulated analysed by Moldflow (CAE) , to make out the ability of flow and molding , and this analysis is the basis of the possible defects . First , determine the layoutmold type , based on part size , and the initial molding process . Then using Moldflow to carry out filling, packing, cooling, warpage analysis . Based on the results, revised molding process, and use the imold plug-ins in Solidworks to generate the mold cavity ,then assemble with the carriers . So , the design was aided by the computer . In this way we can improve measures to ensure product quality and performance , also , verify the point and processes of the mold , to reduce the time and cost of the mould manufacturing . Keywords:.
