摘 要本文阐述了风扇调速旋钮注塑模具的设计过程,并对设计原理及方案的选择进行了相应的论述。风扇调速旋钮的注射模具设计必须首先分析风扇调速旋钮结构,测量尺寸,确定分型面,运用 pro/e 软件造型,分析它的尺寸、质量等要素。然后进行整体设计,包括选择注射机,设计浇注系统,型芯、型腔,完成型芯、型腔的尺寸计算,设计冷却回路等。之后进行相应校核,如注射机的校核,模具最大厚度的校核等,并分析、确定方案的可行性。最后对模具工艺进行相应描述,并制作模具工艺卡,绘制各零、部件图纸等。同时,就目前的模具市场,尤其是中国模具市场,来制定模具加工工艺。目前世界模具市场供不应求,模具的主要出口国是美国,日本,法国,瑞士等国家。中国模具出口数量极少,但中国模具钳工技术水平高,劳动成本低,只要配备一些先进的数控制模设备,提高模具加工质量,缩短生产周期,沟通外贸渠道,模具出口将会有很大发展。研究和发展模具技术,提高模具技术水平,对于促进国民经济的发展有着特别重要的意义。关键词:风扇调速旋钮;注塑模具;浇注系统;型芯;型腔。AbstractThis article elaborated the design process of ventilator velocity modulation knob injection mold's, and has carried on the corresponding elaboration to the principle of design and the plan of choice.In here, I have completed the design assignment about injection mold for ventilator velocity modulation knob. In the first place, I must analyze the structure of ventilator velocity modulation knob, survey the size of it, decide the parting line, utilize the pro/e software modelling, analyzes essential factors and so on.
