摘 要PROFIBUS 现场总线技术是随着数字信号系统的发展而产生的,它是世界上第一个开放式现场总线标准,其应用领域覆盖了从机械加工、过程控制、电力、交通到楼宇自动化的各个领域。PROFIBUS-DP 是一种经过优化的模块,有比较高的数据传输率,适用于系统和外部设备之间的通信,远程 I/O 系统尤为适合。它允许高速度周期性的小批量数据通信,适用于对时间要求比较高的自动化场合。本设计是应用西门子现场总线对电厂输煤系统的改造, 电厂输煤系统是火电厂电力生产的重要生产过程。火力发电厂输煤系统的工艺设备布置具有高度分散性,锅炉的单炉单磨燃煤的计量准确问题一直是影响电厂发电成本正平衡统计的顽症,更是燃煤发热量和锅炉燃烧效率统计计算尚无法解决的棘手问题。而现场总线技术对于高度分散性、电磁干扰大的设备有其独特的优势,因而输煤系统可以采用将 DCS 远程 I/0 总线模式与智能通讯模块总线模式相结合的控制方式,技术先进,提高了输煤系统控制水平。本设计分两步对该项目进行改造,先期进行输煤控制系统的改造,而后进行输煤和入炉煤软测量的改造.以期最终达到单炉瞬时燃料计量及动态生产成本核算的目的。关键词 输煤系统,PCS,PROFIBUS-DPABSTRACT PROFIBUS field bus technology is with the development of the digital signal system, it is the world's first open field bus standard, its application field covers from mechanical processing, process control, electric power, traffic to building automation fields.
