毕 业 设 计 中 文 摘 要目前许多缺水城市和地区无新的水源可开发利用，污水的回收和再用已成为解决水资源短缺的有效措施之一。而 PLC 控制器以其技术成熟、通用性好、可靠性高、扩展方便等一系列优点，在工业控制中得到广泛应用。由此，做一个基于PLC 的污水处理系统的设计，具有很深的现实意义。基于 PLC 的污水处理厂行车、提升泵系统，主要目的是实现污水处理厂的提升泵房提升泵的手动和自动控制，瀑气池回流泵的行车控制。本系统设计了四台水泵，三台工作，一台备用，可以实现远程手动、远程液位启停和控制。潜污泵可按照集水井内液位高度进行启停，液位高度由液位传感器检测，进而控制水泵电机的启停。同时也通过 PH 计对污水 PH 值的检测来控制 PH 过低或者过高时的提升泵的停止，实现自动过程中与 PH 值的联动。关键词 污水处理 提升泵 PLC毕 业 设 计 外 文 摘 要Title Design of driving and lifting pump system in sewage treatment plantAbstractAt present, many water-scarce cities and regions have no new sources of water available for exploitation.
