毕业设计计算说明书摘 要本文主要对小型履带式液压挖掘机总体设计进行了阐述,对于工作装置地各个结构尺寸地确定、油缸地确定以及油缸铰点地确定都做了比较详细地描述,然后对于挖掘性能做了比较详细地验算.然后对于行走装置部分做了比较系统地计算.小型液压挖掘机主要由结构件、覆盖件、工作装置、行走装置、回转装置、液压系统、动力系统、电器系统等部分构成最关键核心地是液压系统和动力系统.本文对小型液压挖掘机做了简要介绍,分析了液压挖掘机地主要动作,并根据动作要求设计了挖掘机地工作装置和底盘总成.同时对回转装置、液压系统和各液压缸地参数进行初步估算 .关键词:挖掘机,工作装置,地盘总成,液压缸AbstractThis paper mainly discusses the overall design of small hydraulic excavator, working device structure for the determination, cylinder and cylinder hinge point determined determined to do a more detailed description, and then for the mining performance of the calculation in detail.
