毕 业 设 计(论文)题目: 年产 3 万吨酒精厂工艺模拟设计教 学 院: 化学与材料工程专业名称: 化学工程与工艺(生物化工)学号: 200940810224 学生姓名: 周遊指导教师: 胡燕辉2013年 4 月 15 日摘 要本设计是年产3 万吨酒精工厂模拟设计,发酵原料为糖蜜.本设计对酒精地工厂进行了模拟计算和设备选型,力求理论和实践相结合.工艺上地设计为:单浓度糖蜜进行连续发酵 (其工艺较为简单,并且易于操作)、主要蒸馏工段采用差压式二塔蒸馏机组(能有效利用热能)、生石灰吸水法,通过物料衡算、设备选型计算、水电汽耗地计算等合理优化设计生产工艺过程.关键词:酒精工厂;发酵法;糖蜜;蒸馏AbstractThis design is the annual output of 30,000 tons of alcohol factory analog design, the raw material for fermentation is the molasses. The alcohol factory is simulated and equipment is selected, and strives to the combination of theory and practice.
