I 摘要酒精工业是发展国民经济重要的基础原料产业。它广泛应用于食品工业、 化学工业、医药卫生领域， 现在又作为重要的能源资源而倍受瞩目。在酒精生产过程中，加强资源综合利用与合理使用可有效的降低生产成本。本设计是在查阅大量文献和对吉林龙谷生物科技有限公司生产车间实地考察的基础上提出的设计思路， 进行酒精发酵工厂的初步设计，其中包括厂址的选择、工艺流程设计； 物料衡算、热量衡算及主要设备选型的计算；同时绘制了带控制点的工艺流程图、设备布置图和管道布置图等。采用安琪超级高温酿酒高活性干酵母（超酒酵母） 替代原高温酿酒酵母用于玉米酒精生产 !通过改进工艺 !在不改变原生产设备的条件下实现浓醪发酵!解决了制约产量提高的因素 !产量可达到64~66t/d，每吨酒精成本下降了105 元以玉米为原料生产年产3.6 万吨普通级食用酒精，重视资源综合利用，回收发酵过程酒糟滤液、 余馏水等回用拌料， 酒糟生产高蛋白饲料， 上流式厌氧污泥床反应器处理工业废水等， 不仅减少了污染， 节约能源和资源， 提高了设备利用率，降低能耗，减少酒糟处理量，同时提高了经济效益。关键词超级高温酿酒高活性干酵母酒精双酶法浓醪发酵II Abstract Ethanol industry is an important fundamental material industry for the development of our national economy.It is widely used in food industry、chemical industry and medicine hygiene region;Now it is fixed eyes on as an important energy resource.
