理论免疫学研究进展【摘要】理论免疫学用数学的办法来研究和解决免疫学问题，以及对免疫学有关的数学办法进行理论研究的一门科学。随着高通量办法和基因组数据的出现，理论免疫学从受体交联和免疫原理、Jerne 的互相作用网络和自我选择等典型建模办法开始向信息学、空间扩展模型、免疫遗传学和免疫信息学、进化免疫学、分子生物信息学和表遗传学、高通量研究办法和免疫组学等方面转变。【核心词】免疫学, 理论；数学模型；生物数学Advances of theoretical immunologyJIN Yan【Abstracts】Theoretical immunology is to develop mathematical methods that help to investigate the immunological problems, and to study the mathematical theory on immunology. Immunology, Theoretical; Mathematical Models; biomathematics 理论免疫学[1]（Theoretical Immunology）是指用数学的办法来研究和解决免疫学问题，以及对免疫学有关的数学办法进行理论研究的一门科学。理论免疫 学 是 免 疫 学 与 数 学 交 叉 的 边 沿 学 科 ， 也 称 数 学 免 疫 学 （ Mathematical Immunology），是生物数学的一种分支。由于免疫现象复杂，从免疫学中提出的数学问题往往也十分复杂，需要进行大量计算工作，因此从近年兴起的复杂系 统 研 究 的 角 度 来 讲 [2] ， 理 论 免 疫 学 也 称 复 杂 免 疫 学 （ Complex Immunology）。理论免疫学的任务就是揭示免疫系统运行的规律和机制，及其病理机制。数学模型（Mathematical Models）和数据分析是理论免疫学的重要办法，计算机是研究和解决理论免疫学问题的重要工具。即使从上个世纪中期，数学模型已经开始应用于免疫学，但传统的模型大部分是基于微分方程[3]、差分模型和元胞自动机（Cellular Automata）[4]。这些传统模型以少数成分（一...
