生鲜产品作为日常高频所需,具有强大的市场,吸引着众多的资本家的投资,但是,消费者无法感知生鲜产品的质量,体验感差;另外,从仓库到用户家全程的冷链运输,冷冻成本和运输成本高,因此线下店应运而生,缓解末端配送困难和提高客户体验感,而社区店模式就是近年来生鲜行业积极布局的新业态,因此,本文以生鲜社社区店的选址问题为研究对象,以佛山市桂城街道翠颐社区为案例分析,建立重心法模型,得到目标位置,再根据目标位置实际情况,找到备选地点进行比较分析得到相对合理的方案
