摘要 【目的】为研究劳务派遣岗位在招聘过程中遇到的问题,以达到改善招聘方案来提高候选人对派遣岗位的接受度,降低招聘成本并提高招聘效率的目的。【方法】本文对广州任仕达人力资源服务有限公司的劳务派遣业务进行个案研究,并结合对适龄就业人员对于劳务派遣的认识及态度进行调查研究。【结果】得出求职者在面对派遣岗位的招聘时,除了关注岗位的基本信息以外,还会受到个人的择业偏好、派遣单位及用工单位的规模、招聘人员的专业素质等因素影响其对岗位的接受程度。【结论】运用研究结果对劳务派遣岗位的招聘需求接收、招聘项目概述、话术培训等招聘流程提出优化方案。【关键词】劳务派遣;招聘;调查研究 Abstract The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems encountered in the recruitment process of labor dispatching, so as to improve the acceptance of candidates as well as the efficiency of recruitment. The approach I adopt to solve the problem is to combine a case study on labor dispatching of Randstad Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch with the investigation into the awareness and attitude of working-age people towards labor dispatching. The results obtained in this research concluded that job seekers pay attention to not only the basic information of the jobs, but also their personal preference, the reputation of both the dispatching units and the employing units, as well as the professional skills of the recruiters. Based on the results, an optimization scheme is proposed for the recruitment process of labor dispatching, such as recruitment demand reception, project overview, and recruitment training.
