1 植物生长促生菌引发对碱胁迫下高粱种子萌发的影响摘要以“四杂 25”品种的高粱种子为材料,采用纸上发芽法研究U4菌种引发处理对高粱种子在碱胁迫逆境下发芽特性的影响。结果表明,碱胁迫下菌处理与蒸馏水处理种子的发芽率、 发芽势、 发芽指数活力指数等指标, 均随碱浓度的增加而降低。植物生长促生菌(U4菌)在低于 150 mmol.L-1 碱胁迫条件下对供试种子有缓解、促生作用,在150 mmol.L-1 碱胁迫下植物生长促生菌可能受到高浓度碱溶液的迫害,致使对种子的促生作用消失,甚至致死。在200 mmol.L-1 碱胁迫条件下,种子无发芽,可能是种子正长发芽的极限。关键词: 高粱种子发芽碱胁迫植物生长促生菌2 ABSTRACT "Four miscellaneous 25" varieties of sorghum seeds were used to study the use of paper U4 germination trigger bacteria to deal with in the base of the sorghum seed germination under the stress of adversity characteristics.The results showed that the bacteria under alkaline stress to deal with seeds and distilled water to deal with the rate of seed germination, germination energy, germination index and vigor index of indicators, with the alkali concentration are increasing. Plant growth promoting bacteria (U4 bacteria) in less than 150 mmol.L-1 under the condition of alkaline stress test the seeds for there ease, growth-promoting role in the 150 mmol.L-1 plant growth under alkaline stress growth-promoting bacteria may be high concentrations of alkali solution of persecution, with the result of the growth-promoting role of the seeds disappeared, and even death. 200 mmol.L-1 in alkaline stress conditions, no germination of seeds may be germinated seeds are long-limits.
