下载后可任意编辑分析基层消防大队监督执法法律规范化建设存在的问题及成因分析基层消防大队监督执法法律规范化建设存在的问题及成因 张德刚 【摘 要】为了促进我国基层消防大队监督执法法律规范化建设水平的不断提升，并且构建良好的消防安全环境，消防部门需要进一步提升自身的执法法律规范程度，将监督执法作为一项常态化的工作内容。消防部门应当意识到现阶段消防监督工作中存在的不足，找到问题的原因，并积极实行相应的措施。论文就基层消防大队监督执法法律规范化建设中存在的问题进行分析，并提出若干解决措施，以期引起重视。 【Abstract】In order to promote the continuous improvement of the standardized construction level of supervision and law enforcement of grass-roots fire brigade in China， and to build a good fire safety environment， the fire department needs to further improve their own standardized level of law enforcement， and take supervision and law enforcement as a normal work content. The fire department should be aware of the deficiencies existing in the current fire supervision work ， find out the causes of the problems ， and actively take corresponding solutions.
