下载后可任意编辑城市轨道交通工程机电安装自动计价探讨城市轨道交通工程机电安装自动计价探讨 尹艳艳 摘要：通过对轨道交通工程计价文件编制现状的分析，梳理出目前计价行业存在的常见问题;以 BIM 技术的进展为基础，结合轨道交通工程机电安装专业特点，探究开发一种精确、高效、智能化的适应社会进展需求的自动计价模式;实现 BIM 软件与计价软件的无缝对接，取代重复性的人工操作，有效提高工作效率和文件质量。 关键词：轨道交通工程;机电安装;自动计价 Abstract： Based on the analysis of the status quo of the compilation of pricing documents for rail transit engineering， the current common problems in the pricing industry are sorted out; based on the development of BIM technology ， combined with the professional characteristics of electromechanical installation of rail transit engineering， this paper explores the development of an accurate ， efficient and intelligent automatic pricing model that adapts to the needs of social development ， which realizes seamless connection between BIM software and pricing software ， replaces repetitive manual operations and effectively improves work efficiency and document quality.
