Based on the source innovation theory， we integrate the elements of business mode and construct the structural elements model of logistics enterprises business mode. The paper puts forward the Jiulong Steel Logistics Park" business model innovation strategy： improving business system， rebuild key resources， innovating profit models ， building two sided markets.
