Ever since the reforming and opening, corresponding reform has been carried on various types of land system and housing system, breaking out the traditional model of the planned economy, which laid a solid foundation for market economy since the real estate is no longer bounding. Real estate is playing an important role in promoting China's economic construction. , real estate is still a factor can not be ignored in promoting the economic in the short term goal. Though real estate is developing fast, there are still a lot of problems to be solved.
