下载后可任意编辑知识经济视域下的企业经济管理创新讨论知识经济视域下的企业经济管理创新讨论 王杰 【摘 要】知识经济在社会的快速进展中发挥的作用越来越明显，企业的进展已经进入知识经济阶段。企业为了获得更加快速、稳定、持续的进展，必须要创新优化经济管理的模式，不断探寻适合实际进展情况的经济管理模式。在知识经济背景下，企业的经济管理存在很多不符合时代进展的问题，论文对这些问题进行了总结分析，并提出了一些创新经济管理的策略，希望能够推动企业在知识经济背景下的持续进展。 【 Abstract 】 The role of knowledge economy in the rapid development of society is more and more obvious. The development of enterprises has entered the stage of knowledge economy. In order to achieve more rapid， stable and sustainable development， enterprises must innovate and optimize the economic management mode ， and constantly explore the economic management mode suitable for the actual development situation. Under the background of knowledge economy ， the economic management of enterprises has many problems that do not accord with the development of the times.
