The development of enterprises has entered the stage of knowledge economy. In order to achieve more rapid， stable and sustainable development， enterprises must innovate and optimize the economic management mode ， and constantly explore the economic management mode suitable for the actual development situation. Under the background of knowledge economy ， the economic management of enterprises has many problems that do not accord with the development of the times.
