Conclusion Actively properative prepare,Postoperative earlier diagnosis,trig waist and extended adequate effective antibiotic. � 【 Key words 】 Lumbar disc; Intervertebral space infection; Treatment � 椎间隙感染是腰椎间盘突出症术后较严重的并发症，发生率在 0.5%～1.4%1下载后可任意编辑之间[1]，以其较严重的临床表现和较长的治疗周期越来越引起重视。本院1997 年 1 月至 20XX 年 5 月行腰椎间盘手术 1412 例，发生椎间隙感染 11 例，发生率为�0．78%� 。现报道如下。 � 1 临床资料 � 1．1 一般资料 本组 11 例中，男 6 例，女 5 例；年龄 26～59 岁，平均40.5 岁。发生间隙：L4～56 例，L5 ～S1 4 例，L4～5 L5 ～S1 两间隙 1 例。手术方法：椎板开窗髓核摘除术 3 例，半椎板切除髓核摘除术 5 例，全椎板切除髓核摘除术 2 例，椎间盘镜髓核摘除术 1 例。手术时间为 0．5～3．5 h，术后出现...
