The teaching training of young teachers is the key to improve their teaching ability. The colleges and universities should carry out the investigation and study of demands of teaching skill training for young teachers and pay attention to the existing knowledge， experience， abilities of the participation teachers. Based on the different training needs ， the school should develop the personalized teaching skills training and give full play to the guidance role of the school teaching skill training and the main body role of teachers.
