The extractive content of curcumin in this process is high by 4.91%．下载后可任意编辑Key words: curcumin; orthogonal design; extraction 1 前 言姜黄( Curcumin)为姜科植物姜黄( Curcuma longa L.)的根茎, 姜黄的主要化学成分为姜黄素类和挥发油, 另外尚含有糖类、 甾醇类及微量元素等。其中姜黄素类是以醇溶性二苯基庚烃类化合物姜黄素、 脱甲氧基姜黄素和双脱甲氧基姜黄素等三种组分的混合物( 其结构式如图 1) , 是一种较理想的天然色素[1], 也是姜黄发挥药理作用的主要成分。有讨论表明, 姜黄素具有利胆、 降血脂、 抗癌、 抗病毒、 抗炎、 抗氧化、 抗肿瘤、 防止衰老和延年益寿等多方面药理作用[2,3]。美国科学家最新发现, 姜黄素还对预防老年痴呆症具有显著的药理作用。因此, 讨论姜黄中有效成分提取技术具有重要的现实意义。当前姜黄...
