.摘要本设计围绕会何家寨隧道右线而进行,本隧道为高速公路隧道中隧道,隧道长 646m,设计为单向双车道,设计车速为 80km/h,建筑限界净宽为 10.25m。衬砌采用三心圆曲墙式结构,支护结构和围岩共同承载,并充发挥出围岩的自承能力。新奥法作为隧道结构设计的核心,合同段隧道围岩条件较复杂,有 III、IV、V 级三种级别的围岩,在 IV、V 围岩段均采用有初支、防水层、二衬组成的复合式衬砌。初期支护为喷锚支护,采用锚杆、喷射混凝土、钢筋网、钢拱架共同作用,二次衬砌采用模筑砼。洞门设计严格按照《公路隧道设计规范》(GTJ-2004)中的相关规定进行相关验算,采用翼墙式洞门;初支根据《公路隧道设计规范》(GTJ-2004)、《隧道工程》和相关工程实例进行设计;二次衬砌利用理正岩土6.0 版软件算出相关数据,并进行配筋计算;同时,根据相关参考资料和工程实例进行了隧道施工组织设计、防排水设计和监控量测的设计,绘制了相应的图纸。关键词:复合式衬砌;翼墙式洞门;中隧道;新奥法;曲墙...ABSTRACTThis design will around the hejiazai tunnel right line,This is a medium length ofhighway tunnel,Tunnel length of 646m,This design is Unidi- rectional double lane,Adesign speed of 80 km/h.Construction boundary clear width is 10.25m.
