委托招聘服务协议PlacementServiceAgreement甲方：PartyA:联系人/Contact:电话/Tel:乙方：PartyB:联系人/Contact:电话/Tel:鉴于甲方业务发展的需要，甲方非独家委托乙方进行人才咨询及代理招聘、推荐服务。经友好协商签订如下协议，双方约定共同遵守。PartyBisnon-exclusiveagentforPartyA'srecruitment;thiscontractisruledtoPartyB'sserviceintalentsconsultingandplacementforPartyA.ThePartiesherebyagreeasfollows:一、甲方的权利和义务 PartyA'sRightsandResponsibilities1．甲方应严格执行国家的有关人事政策、法律法规。PartyAmustobserveChina'srelevantpersonnelpolicy,regulationsandlaws.2．甲方有权要求乙方根据本协议之规定为甲方提供所需职位的候选人，并应依照本协议的规定向乙方支付服务费。PartyAhastherighttorequirePartyBtoprovidecandidatesfortheopenedposition/sasdefinedandspecifiedbyPartyA,andPartyAshallmakepaymentofaservicefeetoPartyBasdefinedandregulatedinthisAgreement.3．每一职位正式委托（书面）后的 5 个工作日内，甲方应向乙方提供寻访职员所需的相关信息及材料，并保证其真实性和合法有效性，包括但不限于：职位要求、工作描述、公司简介、组织机构图、可能的薪金福利情况等，以便乙方在访寻过程中确认潜在的候选人，并使候选人对公司和工作进行充分和必要的了解。Within5workingdaysofentrustingplacementjobinwriting,PartyAshouldprovidePartyBwithalltheinformation,dataanddocumentsasdeemednecessaryforPartyBtostartworkingontheplacementjob,whichincludebutnotlimitedtothefollowing:Profilesoftheorganization,Organizationchartasrelatedtotheplacementjob,Jobdescription/s,Qualificationsorjobrequirementsforasuccessfulcandidate,Informationwithregardstocompensation,reward,relatedtotheplacement.Ofcourse,PartyAshouldguaranteethevalidityandreliability.4．甲方对乙方提供的人才信息负责，不转递其他公司，不做转换推荐。甲方同意在被推荐人选正式录用前，为其保密。PartyAagreestotakealltheresponsibilitiesintheuseoftheinformationofcandidates,andshouldnotgivethemtoothercompanies,orrecommendforchange.PartyAshallmaintaintheconfidentialityofthecandidatebeforetheformalemployment.5．甲方同意在录用推荐人选时，将推荐人选的聘书复印件或劳动合同提供给乙方，乙...
