This paper mainly studies the principles, structures, and debugging methods of digital servo valves, and develops a debugging device for digital servo valves. This device can effectively improve the stability and reliability of digital servo valves, reduce their failure rate, and improve industrial production efficiency.The main contents of this paper include: the working principle and structure of digital servo valves, the characteristics and applications of digital servo valves, the problems and solutions in the debugging process of digital servo valves, the design and implementation of digital servo valve debugging devices, and experimental results and analyses, etc.Through research, it is found that digital servo valves have the characteristics of fast response speed, high control 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑accuracy, and strong anti-interference performance.
