This study aims to explore its mechanical property characteristics and influencing factors, providing better guidance and guarantee for its practical application.This project will conduct analysis and research on the chemical composition, metallographic structure, mechanical properties and other aspects of 60Si2CrVAT rail spring steel. Tensile testing, hardness testing, impact testing and other methods will be used to test its strength, hardness, toughness and other mechanical properties, establish mathematical models of its mechanical performance parameters, explore its deformation law under stress, and analyze its influencing factors.
