精品文档---下载后可任意编辑91 例Ⅱ b 期宫颈癌的治疗分析的开题报告【摘要】目的：探讨Ⅱ b 期宫颈癌的治疗方法和效果。方法：查阅相关文献，对 2024 年至 2024 年间在我院收治的 91 例Ⅱ b 期宫颈癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：治疗方案主要包括手术治疗、放疗、化疗等方法。放疗和化疗联合治疗是常用方法，手术治疗适用于早期患者或为了减少进一步放疗剂量。预后随着治疗方法的不同而有所不同，总体治愈率为 70.33%。结论：Ⅱ b 期宫颈癌的治疗需要综合考虑患者的病情、手术难度、局部放疗剂量等因素，选择适当的治疗方案，以提高治愈率和生存质量。【关键词】宫颈癌；Ⅱ b 期；治疗方案；放疗；化疗【Abstract】Objective: To explore the treatment methods and effects of stage Ⅱb cervical cancer. Methods: Review the clinical data of 91 patients with stage Ⅱb cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from 2024 to 2024. Results: The treatment plan mainly includes surgical treatment, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other methods. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined treatment is a common method, and surgical treatment is suitable for early patients or to reduce further radiotherapy dose. The overall cure rate is 70.33%, and the prognosis varies with different treatment methods. Conclusion: The treatment of stage Ⅱb cervical cancer needs to consider the patient's condition, surgical difficulty, local radiotherapy dose and other factors, to choose the appropriate treatment plan, in order to improve the cure rate and quality of life.【Keywords】cervical cancer; stage Ⅱb；treatment plan; radiotherapy; chemotherapy
