Many medicinal plants require high levels of N and P, and the valuable secondary metabolites produced by these plants can be influenced by the availability of these nutrients. Therefore, understanding the interactive effect of AM fungi on N and P uptake and their application in medicinal plant cultivation is important.Research Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the interactive effect of AM fungi on N and P uptake in medicinal plants and to evaluate their potential application in medicinal plant cultivation.Method:1. Selection of medicinal plant species with high N and P requirements;2. Preparation of AM fungal inoculum and inoculation of plant roots;3. Study of the interactive effect of AM fungi on N and P uptake by measuring plant growth, biomass, and nutrient content;4.
