B2C e-commerce, as one of the representative models, constantly attracts more and more consumers. How to improve consumer satisfaction and enhance consumer loyalty has become one of the important means for B2C e-commerce websites to enhance market competitiveness. By studying the customer value model, we can better understand the needs and behaviors of consumers, strengthen the relationship between enterprises and consumers, and improve the competitiveness and value of enterprises.Taking Amazon as an example, this paper explores the research on the customer value model of B2C e-commerce websites through literature review and empirical research.
