精品文档---下载后可任意编辑B7-H1、PTN 及 PI3K 在大肠黏膜癌变过程中的表达及临床意义的开题报告摘要目的：探讨 B7-H1、PTN 及 PI3K 在大肠黏膜癌变过程中的表达及其临床意义。方法：收集大肠黏膜癌组织及其相邻正常组织标本，采纳免疫组织化学法检测 B7-H1、PTN 及 PI3K 的表达情况，并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果：B7-H1、PTN 及 PI3K 在大肠黏膜癌组织中的表达明显高于相邻正常组织，且表达水平随癌组织的恶性程度逐渐升高。B7-H1、PTN 及 PI3K 的高表达与大肠黏膜癌的淋巴结转移、临床分期和预后密切相关。结论：B7-H1、PTN 及 PI3K 的高表达可作为大肠黏膜癌的分子标志物，对于大肠黏膜癌的诊断、治疗及预后评估具有重要意义。关键词：大肠黏膜癌；B7-H1；PTN；PI3K；免疫组织化学AbstractObjective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of B7-H1, PTN and PI3K in the process of colorectal mucosal carcinogenesis.Methods: Colorectal mucosal cancer tissue and its adjacent normal tissue specimens were collected. The expression of B7-H1, PTN and PI3K were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between the expression and clinical pathological features was analyzed.Results: The expression of B7-H1, PTN and PI3K in colorectal mucosal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues, and the expression levels increased with the malignant degree of cancer tissues.
