In order to further expand the application range of diphenyl bridged compounds, we designed a series of ortho-hydroxy diphenyl bridged compounds with C-N link as the bridge, and studied their synthesis and antibacterial activity. The experimental results showed that the target compounds could be successfully synthesized by appropriate reaction conditions and synthetic routes, and these compounds had certain antibacterial activity. This paper aims to explore the synthesis and antibacterial activity of ortho-hydroxy diphenyl bridged compounds with C-N link as the bridge, and to provide new ideas and experimental basis for related research.Key words: diphenyl bridged compounds; C-N link; ortho-hydroxy; synthesis; antibacterial activity
