精品文档---下载后可任意编辑CT 引导下经圆孔外口与经卵圆孔射频治疗三叉神经上颌神经痛的临床疗效比较的开题报告摘要：本讨论旨在比较 CT 引导下经圆孔外口与经卵圆孔射频治疗三叉神经上颌神经痛的临床疗效。选取 100 名符合入选标准的三叉神经痛患者并随机分组，其中 50 名接受经圆孔外口射频治疗，另外 50 名接受经卵圆孔射频治疗。对比两种治疗方案的治疗效果、并发症发生率及复发率。结果表明，经圆孔外口和经卵圆孔射频治疗的总有效率均高达 90%以上，但两组之间无显著差异。而并发症发生率和复发率方面，经卵圆孔组占优势。综上，经卵圆孔射频治疗三叉神经上颌神经痛在疗效、安全性及复发率等方面表现较优。关键词：CT 引导；经圆孔外口；经卵圆孔；射频治疗；三叉神经上颌神经痛Abstract:The aim of this study is to compare the clinical efficacy of CT-guided percutaneous retrogasserian glycerol rhizotomy and percutaneous retrogasserian radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. 100 patients with trigeminal neuralgia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 receiving percutaneous retrogasserian glycerol rhizotomy and 50 receiving percutaneous retrogasserian radiofrequency thermocoagulation. The treatment effect, incidence of complications and recurrence rate of the two treatment plans were compared. The results showed that the total effective rate of percutaneous retrogasserian glycerol rhizotomy and percutaneous retrogasserian radiofrequency thermocoagulation were both above 90%, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. In terms of the incidence of complications and recurrence rate, percutaneous retrogasserian radiofrequency thermocoagulation was superior.
