In order to improve the machining accuracy and efficiency of milling cutters, this paper intends to study the GF series milling cutter through finite element analysis and parameter optimization.Firstly, this paper will use finite element method to model GF series milling cutter, and analyze its stress and deformation conditions. Among them, the static and dynamic characteristics of milling cutter will be studied, as well as the adaptability to different workpieces. Then, based on the analysis results, the structure and parameters of the milling cutter will be optimized to improve its processing quality and efficiency.
