Previous studies have shown that fibrinogen is an important factor in platelet and thrombus formation and is closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular disease and cerebral infarction. This study aims to explore the correlation between fibrinogen FGA-128C/G gene polymorphism and cerebral infarction.MethodsTwo hundred patients with cerebral infarction and 200 healthy controls were collected. PCR-RFLP technology was used to analyze FGA-128C/G gene polymorphism, and the genotype distribution and allele frequency of the two groups were compared.Expected resultsIt is expected that the frequency of FGA-128G allele will be higher in patients with cerebral infarction, and it will be related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction. At the same time, the risk of FGA-128GG genotype carriers will be higher than that of CC genotype carriers.
